No, under our agreement with you, you will not be liable for the rental costs as long as you are not at fault, you assist us in the recovery of the costs from the at fault party or their insurer, and otherwise act in accordance with the terms and conditions of our agreement. Don’t worry, we’ll look after the towing for you aswell. We’ll arrange for your car to be collected from your home or a holding yard and delivered to the repair centre. If you’re still at the scene of the accident, we can either arrange a tow truck for you or assist you to arrange it, depending on the rules in your particular state.
