You’re legally entitled to a like for like accident replacement vehicle until your own car is returned and for your car to be repaired to manufacturer standards and all at no cost to you. Insurance companies are always focused on keeping their costs down. TAMMS are Independent accident management experts and we’ll manage the whole process and ensure you get everything you’re entitled to and the costs will be recovered from the at fault party or their insurer.

Yes, we can arrange to deliver and collect the vehicle at a time and location that are convenient to you.
Unfortunately, in this instance, we won’t be able to help you with a replacement loan car or repairs. As the at fault party, we recommend you make a claim on your own insurance policy to ensure you and the not at fault party receive everything you’re entitled to. Afterall, this is why you pay your insurance premiums, so you’re protected when things go wrong.
No, not at all. When you’re in a not at fault accident, you don’t need to contact your own insurer or lodge a claim through them. So, there’s no excess, no potential impact on future premiums and no impact on any no claims bonus you may be entitled to.
Yes, we can! As the not at fault driver, you’re not required to make an insurance claim. If you meet our eligibility criteria, we can help you with a like for like replacement car, deliver it to your home or office and arrange repairs to your damaged vehicle. Call our team on 1800 956 390.
We require the following information:
- Your details, including driver’s licence number, car registration and insurance information
- Copy of your physical driver’s licence
- The at fault party’s details, including car registration and insurance information
- Details about the car accident (photo’s are a great help too)

No, under our agreement with you, you will not be liable for the rental or repair related costs, as long as you are not at fault, you assist us in the recovery of the costs from the at fault party or their insurer, and otherwise act in accordance with the terms and conditions of our agreement. You’ll still need to pay for petrol, tolls and any traffic or parking infringements as you would in your own car. For business customers, there is also a GST element payable that is tax deductible, so if your car is registered for business purposes, please ask us for more information.
Yes, if you are the not at fault driver, we can help you with a like for like replacement car and deliver it to your home or work. Call our team on 1800 956 390.
Don’t worry, we’ll look after the towing for you aswell. We’ll arrange for your car to be collected from your home or a holding yard and delivered to the repair centre. If you’re still at the scene of the accident, we can either arrange a tow truck for you or assist you to arrange it, depending on the rules in your particular state. The cost of the tow truck will be recovered through the at fault party insurer.
